PROGRAM FORMAT.

16-Week Progressive Program. Each group will train with their group for four months and perform a final performance piece at our highly anticipated end-of-season showcases, where over 200 dancers will take over the stage for two nights of celebration. Weekly sessions will build upon each other, either in technique, choreography, or both. Start each class with a dynamic warm up, dive into 30min of drills, technique, and training, and finish with ~50min of choreography and show prep. The season is broken up into three distinct phases:

PHASE 1

TECHNIQUE-FOCUSED.

Train in a variety of foundations, drills, technique, and exercises that will set you up for a successful season. Look forward to building on elements like grooves, musicality, strength, and control. During this phase, you can also expect elements of freestyle, conditioning, and choreography execution skills.

PHASE 2

CHOREOGRAPHY-BUILDING.

Begin learning your group’s performance choreography while building skills in precision, execution, and group work. Continue foundational technique training and lean into a focus on performance elements, including style, dynamics, and storytelling.

PHASE 3

SHOWCASE PREPARATION.

Finalize showcase choreography and prepare for a live stage performance. Teamwork, formation changes, and stage presence are some of the elements you will work on. Gain the tools required to execute a quality group piece while captivating the audience.

BY THE END OF THE SEASON, YOU WILL HAVE:

1. Made Consistent Growth, Real Results
By training with the same instructor and group each week, dancers will build technical skills, versatility, and connection over time in a structured, supportive environment.

2. Performed on a Professional Stage
Every progressive ends with a live performance at a real venue, giving you a powerful goal to work toward and an unforgettable moment on stage with loved ones in the audience.

3. Become a Part of a Community
More than just a class — progressives are where long-term friendships, creative breakthroughs, and shared wins happen.
