FIRST TIMER’S GUIDE.
We are a community-driven dance company heavily inspired by hip hop and street dance. Established in 2013, Culturally Defined provides comprehensive dance training for adults of all levels with quality instructors and programming. You’ll find progressive programs, classes, and workshops at our brand new Mount Pleasant studio, the CD Clubhouse.
WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25th
5:30-6:30PM
Offered once a month. Ideal for new dancers and those new to the community. This 1hr hip hop class will start with a warm up, followed by a focus exercise, and end with a short combo applying some of the tools we just learned in class. Intro/Beginner level.
OUR PHILOSOPHY:
We believe that dance is more than just a hobby; it's a way of life. Our approach, known as the CD method, shifts the focus from only learning choreography to building a deeper understanding of the movement and brings back the fun, social aspect of dance with a like-minded community.
